When ordering, please note the estimated delivery periods stated against each product. Where an item is noted as being “Normally available from stock”, we will endeavour to despatch the same or next working day except when ordered with other non-stock items. If ordering more than one product, we would despatch all items together and therefore the longest delivery period for the items ordered would apply. If you have a particular delivery requirement or would like split deliveries, please contact us before ordering. All delivery estimates are given in good faith, and based on the experience we have with our various suppliers.

Guarantee periods vary according to those offered by the manufacturer. It is important to note that the guarantees are limited to the replacement, refund or partial refund of the product purchased, and we shall not be liable for any associated labour costs whatsoever. It is especially important that items reported as having been received damaged should not have been fitted or altered in any way.
