When ordering, please note the estimated delivery periods stated against each product. Where an item is noted as being “Normally available from stock”, we will endeavour to despatch the same or next working day except when ordered with other non-stock items. If ordering more than one product, we would despatch all items together and therefore the longest delivery period for the items ordered would apply. All delivery estimates are given in good faith, and based on the experience we have with our various suppliers.

It is important to note that the guarantees are limited to the replacement, refund or partial refund of the product purchased, and we shall not be liable for any associated labour costs whatsoever.
